Puerto del Carmen

Costa Teguise
Just a few kilometres from the capital, Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts of Lanzarote offering excellent accommodation in addition to an excellent selection of cosmopolitan shops, bars and restaurants.
It is famous for its wide range of sports; from the most varied watersports that can be enjoyed on its incredible beaches to its golf course and aquatic park. The white beach of "las Cucharas" is well known for its optimal conditions for wind surfers, but also for holiday makers and families enjoy relaxing in beautiful surroundings.
Playa Blanca
Playa Blanca is on the south of the island and still retains its original charm of a small fishing village. This flourishing but tranquil resort is ideal for families and couples looking for relaxation: its beach is borderlined by tradinional restaurants and a promenade full of shops. You can enjoy superb views of the mountains and the island of Lobo and Fuerteventura.
Papagayo beaches are a short drive away and are considered by many as the most beautiful in Spain. From the harbour, ferries cross several times a day to Fuerteventura and you can catch local daily excursions at a very low cost. |
